I’m in! I’m going to try plan K; I may switch to three meals since I am breastfeeding and have a hard time eating a huge volume in one sitting. but I will at least do TRE between meals!

I'm In. But I am confused- if I have not done this before ( I have done some IF but not with all the rules you have) do I start with the 3 week challenge? Or was that info just for background and it's ok to jump in with one of these?
