Hi Leslie, I sort of missed the fasting boat and just began my 3rd (36 hr) fast. Sunday I plan to start a 48 hr fast but not the 72 hr fast that most of you might do. I have lost 10# in only 2 weeks and feel great. My blood glucose is at healthy levels once again with the help of a </> 20g per/day reduced carb Keto diet. I am looking forward to Mondays Podcast. I was not able to download the app: it requires an iPhone more recent than my current one.

Substack doesn't seem to offer a download-to-one's-computer option.

Absent these road blocks, I would have joined you today.
