Lots of great calls to action in here! The yammering has validation :) Definitely going to listen to that interview.

The Means' story sounds similar to a book I read a few years ago, Confessions of a Medical Heretic. He pointed out that the system was broken... in 1979. If only he saw it today! Nearly every immune disorder has more than doubled since then in the graph you showed!

I stuck it in our neighborhood's Little Free Library. If I see it in there, I'll grab it. Hopefully a neighbor is reading it though ;)

I’m half way through the Tucker interview. I’m both incredibly motivated and incredibly angry.

Praising God for His sovereignty and making plans to break even further away from the modern food system.

Hi Joanna,

I felt the same way--incredibly angry, especially for all the people who are stuck in a processed food & prescription drug cycle and don't know that life could be so much better. But I always try to find positive ways to channel my anger. I find anger to be incredibly motivating for talking to others and following through on doing the right thing for myself.

Blessings,

Leslie

Kept waiting for one of the Means to mention intermittent fasting, especially when Casey was discussing reversing PCOS, but all she said was do keto for 12 weeks. Watched Tucker interview the means then RFKJ back to back.

I kept waiting too. I think the first step is just realizing how bad everything has gotten. I will take a while for people to wake up to all the solutions.
