Starting my three week challenge today!Thanks for the inspiration. I don't like watching videos (I'm short on time and data) - can you please give me a simple formula to figure out a good protein target?
The very best plan is to eat your protein first and eat to full satiety--so eat as much as you can until it doesn't taste good anymore. For most people, that will mean doubling your protein, instead of 2 eggs, eat 4, instead of one burger patty, eat two, instead of one chicken breast, try for two. If you can't eat that much protein, then you didn't need it. If you can finish it, then you needed it.
