First you are great and thank you! I would love the “ how to navigate the grocery store” & a stack on how to open your window and get enough protein when you’re vegan. (I’m not vegan out of an ethical issue I just don’t care for meat. I use to eat dairy until I received a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s from my functional medicine doctor and was suggested to no longer have dairy or gluten)

Hmm, that's a tough one. Do you like eggs? Some people can learn to like meat if they find a way that they enjoy it. Keep trying. Animal protein is so important for us, and there are many vitamins and minerals we can't get from plants, such as vitamin B12. Another thing I tell people when they tell me they don't like meat is that I tell them they aren't fasting long enough 😆. When you get really good & hungry, you will be able to train your tastes buds to accept anything. Try a 36-hour fast. I will be very surprised if meat doesn't sound good at the end of it. Do you like fish or shrimp? Keep trying different things.

Thank you for not being afraid to confront the problems with our Healthcare system. We could easily solve so many of the 'diseases' people seek treatment for with Clean Intermittent Fasting. A thirty day trial for anyone with a new diagnosis prior to starting any medication could drastically change the course for many, yet doctors fail their patients every time they just prescribe another drug. I look forward to reading more of your discoveries, have a great 2024!

In this most recent post there is a picture (I like pictures) with an eyeball at the bottom of a spoke of the wheel with the word 'glaucoma'. Is glaucoma caused by inflammation? The ophthalmologist that we have has never before made that correlation.

The mainstream medical community has no answers as to what causes glaucoma. They understand that the pressure builds in the eye causing the nerve to die and that there can be drainage problems with eye fluid, but they have no explanation for what triggers these malfunctions.

However, there is some evidence that glaucoma can be aggravated by high blood sugars. Here is the testimony of a man who reversed his glaucoma in 6 weeks by getting his high blood sugar under control. However, he is a type 1 diabetic so that has a different set of problems than most of us deal with. But even so, his issue was high blood sugar (not injecting enough insulin to counteract his diet) and when he got his blood sugars under control, the glaucoma went away: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hY5x3EMlShU
