A Fasting Course: Finding Success Intermittent Fasting
A series of modules to read through to put you on your way to success. Or pick and choose topics you need to brush up on.
When you subscribe to a Substack that’s been going on for a while, you’re entering in the middle of a conversation.
For a news-focused Substack, this is not a problem. But for a health Substack such as this one, you may benefit from reading a few old posts to get up to speed.
To make this easier for people, I organized my previous posts into two courses: A fasting course titled Finding Success Intermittent Fasting and a health course titled Nutrition Basics and Ketogenic Healing (for the health course, click here).
The courses are both separated into modules. Don’t feel overwhelmed thinking that you have to read every single post. Just start with the posts that seem the most relevant to your particular struggles and move from there.
Also, feel free to share this post with others who are interested in learning more about the IF lifestyle or need reliable health information, so they can easily find the posts relevant to them.

Fast on!
I'm on day 3. Things are going well! I'm wondering about unsweetened green tea during the fasting hours...I could find any info. I know there was talk of black tea and black coffee, but I prefer green tea.
Amazing! What a wealth of knowledge you've put together and made available. Good for you! I'm grateful for you. I've been struggling but I see now that I'm not alone and that there's hope.
